The National Guard Employment Support Program is vital in supporting our National Guard service members in finding meaningful careers and job opportunities as they face the challenges of military life, whether mobilized or in a steady state posture. The Program Support Specialist provides employment opportunities and options to develop career-ready service members, prepared/ resilient family members, and successfully transitioned members integrated with their community.

After registering, you will be given access to the event lobby to view the various exhibitor's booths and explore opportunities prior to event day. 
On event day, you will log back in and engage in live text-based chat conversations, with representative in each booth. Just click on the green button to chat and when you hear a ring you'll be in a private text-based chat conversation. Get in multiple booths to chat at once you can connect with the first available representative while waiting for others.
