Contract/Freelance Project Description
Job Description
  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic mechanical electro-mechanical or optical areas.
  • Delivers training for Soldering of printed circuit boards, Cabling, Polymerics, Torquing, and Mating of Connectors.
  • The successful candidate shall have performed various testing on products and typical testing methods involving monitoring, assembling, improving, and manipulating a product to ensure it is in no way defective.
  • Candidate shall also be capable of creating training plans, working with learning management systems
  • Works under moderate supervision
Skills Required
  • Soldering and cabling skills 
  • Instructional design experience
  • Experience in on-the-job training
  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment

Skills Preferred
  • Instructional Design Certification Teaching in a Manufacturing environment
  • IPC Certification
  • NASA Certification
Experience Required
  • 4-8 years of electronic manufacturing experience or bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic field with 2-4 years of experience
