MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple computers
Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices
Basic network troubleshooting skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
Able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
IT related certificates preferred
Experience using Active Directory to manage accounts
Experience with using ticketing systems
