ABOUT YOU
- BA/BS in business or equivalent work experience (with at least progressively responsible positions demonstrating ability to handle the assignment)
- 5 years combined experience using analytical and reporting tools - Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Oracle and/or functioning in a role that required analyzing large data sets and providing key insights from the data preferably in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry
- 5 years of performance that illustrates having an aptitude for analytics and problem solving.
- Automotive Aftermarket data and product knowledge preferred
- Strong passion for serving the customer
- Proactively integrates new business concepts and technology into the way business is done
- Recognizes emerging trends and creates opportunities for learning and development for self and others
- Assures that customer needs are addressed and managed in a manner aligned with Gates' objectives and strategies

BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
- Full-Time

- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days
- 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
