We are looking for our next great team member to join us as Area Managing Director with the Hilton Denver Inverness and Homewood Suites teams. We are committed to providing you with:

  • Excellent compensation package with a salary range between $205,000 - $220,000

As Area Managing Director, through your strategic yet tactical approach, you will inspire the team to excellence. With oversight over both Hilton Denver Inverness and Homewood Suites Denver Tech, you will build and develop key relationships with all stakeholders in both hotels. You are the creator of strategy and have the ability to drive results through empowerment, motivation and engagement.

You will lead and guide communication meetings with hotel Executive teams and ensure that all brand and company standards are being met. You will ensure that all business objectives and hotel performance KPI's are communicated and met.

You will promote a positive work environment by ensuring the appropriate staffing levels are in place, ensure a culture of continuous learning, recognition, mentoring and coaching. You will work with team members to resolve problems and communicate to ensure consistency and memorable guest service, ensure strong positive communication flow amongst all associates.

Does this sound like you?

You are a motivator, a strategy creator and a hospitality executive by nature. You have successfully led multi-unit teams, preferably in a resort setting. Through your 7+ years in a senior leadership role, you have proven financial and business acumen and have many success stories surrounding developing individuals and creating high performing teams. Ideally, you have let multi-disciplinary teams including all facets of operations - golf, spa, food and beverage, activities.

Qualifications

Experience
7 years: General Manager in full service hotel (required)
