TheClinical Transformation Analyst, Clinical Quality Auditing will support the evaluation of DaVita's integrated care strategy and enable thoughtful assessment of the organization's shift to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be a quality assessor for this model and collaborate with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position focuses on operational execution and analytics management.
Core activities include: creating and maintaining new audit tools and reports, developing auditing process flows to maximize auditor efficiency while realizing statistical significance in results interpretation, conducting stakeholder analyses for action planning, and improving partnerships with field leaders (e.g. Regional Operation Managers, Clinical Service Managers).
The Analyst will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC leadership.

Salary/ Wage Range
$55,000.00-$75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
