Job Description - Sr. Analyst, Learning Technology

The Sr Analyst, Learning Technology supports the functionality and operational performance of the Learning Technology ecosystem, primarily the LMS (Cornerstone On Demand), and including the LXP (EdCast/Cornerstone). The Sr Analyst is responsible for effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of the LMS and relentlessly innovates processes and digital capabilities to enhance enterprise learning technology efficiency and learner experience.

Job Duties

  • Support day-to-day functionality and performance of the LMS, including implementation of LMS enhancements and upgrades
  • Consult with Learning Center of Excellence teams on Learning technology troubleshooting
  • Disposition existing LMS content for taxonomy and tagging adherence
  • Analyze training issue ticketing data and recommend root cause resolution
  • Train and develop departmental LMS administrators.
  • Back-up Level-3 support for escalated learning technology issues
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Professional experience in Excel
  • Project Management Software
  • Experience utilizing LMS software (Cornerstone preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing software systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • HTML or JavaScript
  • Effective written and communication skills
  • A self-starter mentality
  • Ability to research technical integrations and enhancements

Salary/ Wage Range

$51,400.00-$75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
