Responsibilities:
* to provide care and service to the oxygen patients at our accounts
* to do PAP and Trilogy setups/ in-services and nocturnal sleep studies
* perform tracheotomy changes per schedule at assigned facilities
* perform in-services for tracheotomy care, respiratory treatment, suction machine usage, and more, when needed
* perform weekly visits to assigned facilities to ensure all respiratory services are up to date and patient care is given when needed for respiratory supplies and services
* report and document all respiratory services and supplies given at time of servicing patient
* complete all necessary paperwork (i.e., Equipment Request Forms) for Month End billing
* turn in a summary to each facility visited that week of services provided
* attend monthly meetings and help in other areas as needed
* maintaining of all company valuables including company issued vehicle and daily completion of Vehicle Inspection Report
Productivity may be measured by the following:
* timely completion of monthly paperwork
* the number of patients serviced per month
* quarterly reports by the supervisor, from the facilities, about the quality of service provided by the therapist and the number of pieces each RT/RA cleans
Qualifications:
* must be a registered or certified Respiratory Therapist
* must maintain current licensure as an LRT in the State of Colorado
* must be at least 21 years of age
* must be detail oriented and have good customer service skills
* must maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
* must be able to lift 20 lbs
* must be available for assigned hours and on-call shifts
* must be literate in Excel spreadsheets and basic e-mail.
