We are seeking Admissions Associates to join our Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to move from a retail to office environment for those who are willing to learn claims, billing and insurance processing.

Pharmacy Technician experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceuticals is a strong preference.

This is not a remote position

Applicants must reside a commutable distance to Longmont, CO

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Mountain Time zone

Insures completion of necessary information from entry sheet and medication orders for data entry and account setup in Framework system. Review and route documents through Docutrak system to appropriate department
• Verifies payers and demographic information. Where applicable, fill in gaps in demographic information
• Works with internal and external customers to resolve assigned accounts. Productivity records will be maintained
• Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor in researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention and taking all necessary action to ensure accuracy of data being entered
• Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor and other members of the management team on special projects as needed
• Performs other tasks as assigned

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required: 1-year data entry experience
• Desired: 1-year billing and/or collections experience, or 1-year experience in the healthcare industry
• Required: 10-Key by touch, data entry, MS Excel and Word and basic computer knowledge
• Desired: Benefits investigation knowledge
