The Sr Manager of Technology Onboarding and Premium Support is accountable for leading the Onboarding and Executive Support teams which are responsible for the provisioning new Empower associates with the technology to make them successful and providing premium technology support to Empower Executives and VIPs.

What you will do:

  • Leads and implements the vision and roadmap for this new team and approach to employee enablement through technology
  • Advocates for and ensures that our employees globally are enabled to be efficient on their first day at Empower.
  • Works closely with Human Resource and Business leadership to plan and forecast onboarding events and inventory procurement.
  • Work with Associate Experience leadership to prepare monthly and quarterly SLA reporting.
  • Manages effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced.
  • Evaluates the staff of the enterprise Information Technology functions.
  • Continually improves processes and adopts new technology which improves onboarding and the new associate experience.
  • Interfaces with external organizations in order to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge in emerging technologies and to enhance the enterprise's image as a first-class corporation utilizing the latest thinking in this field.
  • Implements and administers the set of standards that establishes:
    • Documentation procedures.
    • Identifies and provides appropriate information technology staff career paths throughout the IT Infrastructure organization.
    • These include lateral transfers within and between departments, upward movements within IT (both in the enterprise and IT functions) and appropriate outward movement to other functional units.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT leadership role.
  • Experience leading infrastructure teams via a Service Management (ITSM) framework
  • The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, previous leadership, management and supervisory experience, and excellent time management abilities.
  • The individual should demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, exhibit strong profit orientation, and have the ability to achieve results through others.
  • Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgment and communication abilities are critical.
  • The position requires supervisory/management experience and the flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels; internally - enterprise staff, CIO staff, finance staff, other executive staff.

Base Salary Range

$106,700.00 - $150,650.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
