Join CU Anschutz Central Human Resources as a Business Operations Specialist. As a member of the HR Operations team, you will be a main point of interaction for those seeking central HR services, guidance, and support. This role is ideal for individuals that enjoy a variety of interactions with others and tasks. This role has the opportunity to enjoy a hybrid schedule that includes three days a week in the office and two days working remotely. The individual in this role should be a self-starter that works well in a group setting as well as individually. We are seeking an individual who truly thrives in a team environment, has a willingness to learn, and prioritizes customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as: Entry - $50,000 Intermediate - $54,383 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
