Job Summary: |
As an important member of the GI community practice team, the Gastroenterologist will have clinical responsibilities including outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital consultations, endoscopic procedures, and nights/weekends call coverage. The gastroenterologist will see outpatients at the Cherry Creek Medical Center at least 3 days per week (2 half-days outpatient clinic, 4 half-days outpatient endoscopy) and no more than 5 days per week (3 half-days of outpatient clinic, 5 half-days of outpatient endoscopy). Additionally, they will provide inpatient GI consultative services and nights/weekends call coverage at Highlands Ranch Hospital at least 6 weeks per year in rotation with other members of the community practice group. The successful applicant for this position will be someone who communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, staff, consultants, and colleagues, has outstanding customer service skills, and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Assistant Professor: $260,000 to $300,000 Associate Professor: $260,000 to $300,000 Professor: $260,000 to $360,000 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
