Job Summary: |
The Adult Division in the Department of Psychiatry (DOP) has an opening for a part-time (20 hour/week) open rank (Instructor or Senior Instructor) OCD Outpatient Therapist. This position will provide direct patient services in the outpatient OCD program and may be asked to help with Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) as needed. The outpatient OCD therapist at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Program will join a team of mental health providers treating community members with OCD and related conditions. The primary responsibilities of this clinician are to provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidenced based practices to treat OCD. This clinician will also be providing group therapy (focusing on psychoeducation, skills development, and experiential) one time/week. The OCD program team members include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. The team utilizes an Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) modality for individuals presenting with OCD and related disorders. The therapist must be willing to learn and implement an ERP approach, if not already trained in ERP. This position is hybrid. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: Instructor: $46,000 to $58,000 for 1.0 FTE Senior Instructor: $46,000 to $58,000 for 1.0 FTE LPC/LCSW/LMFT: Instructor: $68,000 to $80,000 for 1.0 FTE Senior Instructor: $68,000 to $80,000 for 1.0 FTE The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
